Instructions: Read this information booklet thoroughly, especially the warnings, before using this product. Keep it for future reference.

The Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Solutions System consists of:
Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner for daily cleaning of your lenses, and Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning Solution for (wetting, soaking, disinfecting) conditioning of your lenses during overnight storage, and for wetting your lenses before and during wear. It is important to use both solutions for the care of your lenses.

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner is indicated for use to clean fluoro silicone acrylate, silicone acrylate and PMMA (hard) contact lenses before conditioning (wetting, soaking, disinfecting). Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner will remove accumulated film, stubborn deposits (including proteins and lipids) and debris from those lenses.

Descriptions & Components:

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner is a white to light yellow, sterile, aqueous solution containing surfactants and a mild abrasive in suspension. The components are: Active: alkyl ether sulphate (9.8% w/v); Other: ethoxylated alkyl phenol, sodium chloride, silica suspension, sodium phosphate dibasic, and triquatemary cocoa base phospholipid. Do not use this solution if you are allergic to any component of this product.

1. Before handling lenses, wash your hands.
2. In the palm of your hand, gently rub each lens on both sides with 6-8 drops of Bausch & Lomb • elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner for twenty (20) seconds.
3. Remove cleaner by thoroughly rinsing as directed by your practitioner.
4. Place lens in storage case and cover each lens with a fresh supply of Conditioning solution. Follow the directions of your Conditioning solution.
5. Close the bottle tightly after use.

Precautions: To ensure proper hygiene and handling of contact lenses and contact lens solutions, always follow the directions carefully.

Never soak or store lenses in Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner solution.

Always rinse lenses thoroughly as directed by your practitioner after cleaning with Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner solution.

• Never reuse this solution.
• To avoid contamination, never touch the container's dropper tip to any surface or with your hands.
• Always thoroughly clean the interior of the storage case with hot water and air dry every day. Completely replace Conditioning solution prior to storing lenses.
• Store solutions at room temperature (15-30°C). Protect from freezing.
• Use before the expiration date on the container. Even if the container is unopened, it should be discarded no later than the expiry date.
• Always use proper hygiene and handling techniques. If not handled properly, contact lenses and lens solutions can become contaminated by common bacteria.

Warnings:

• Do not use directly in the eye.
• This solution is not for use with soft lenses.
• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE EYE DISCOMFORT, EXCESSIVE TEARING, VISION CHANGES, OR REDNESS OF THE EYE, IMMEDIATELY REMOVE YOUR LENSES AND PROMPTLY CONTACT YOUR EYE CARE PROFESSIONAL.

How Supplied:

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Cleaner is supplied in sterile 30m1 and 15m1 bottles. The bottle is marked with a lot number and expiration date.

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning Solution

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning solution is the next generation of specially formulated solutions for rigid gas permeable (RGP) and hard contact lenses. It contains a new, patented, multi-polymer comfort system that binds and coats the surface of the lens. It cushions the lens upon insertion and maintains and enhances lens wetability throughout the day.

The patented multi-polymer system of Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning solution reduces friction against both the cornea and the eyelid while removing particulate matter that may cause irritation and discomfort. This formula is designed to be biocompatible with your eyes. It also contains an optimized preservative system that is effective in destroying harmful organisms on the surface of RGP and hard contact lenses.

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning solution is indicated for the use on fluoro silicone acrylate, silicone acrylate, and surface treated rigid gas permeable contact lenses after the lenses have been cleaned. It is also recommended for use with PMMA lenses.

Description & Components:

Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning Solution is a sterile solution. It contains: Disinfectants: polyaminopropyl biguanide (0.0005% w/v), chlorhexidine gluconate (0.003% w/v), disodium edetate (0.05% w/v); Other: salts and buffering agents, polyquatemium 10, cellulosic viscosifier, polyvinyl alcohol, derivatized polyethylene glycol.

Do not use this solution if you are allergic to any component of this product.

1. Before handling lenses, wash your hands.
2. Clean your lenses following the directions of your lens cleaner.
3. Place each lens in its storage case and cover it with a fresh supply of Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning solution.
4. Allow the lenses to soak for at least four (4) hours for proper disinfection before placing them in the eye.
5. When removing the lenses from the case, reapply fresh solution prior to insertion.
6. Always thoroughly clean the interior of the storage case with hot water and air dry every day.

Precautions: It is essential that you follow all labelling instructions and your eye care professional's directions for the care of your eyes, the proper use of your contact lenses, and the use of contact lens care products.

• Never reuse this solution. To ensure proper disinfection, completely replace the solution in your lens case every day before storing lenses.
• Never store your lenses in cleaning solution.
• Store solutions at room temperature (15-30°C). Do not expose solutions to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Protect from freezing.
• Use before expiration date on the container. Even if the container is unopened, it should be discarded no later than the expiry date.
• Discard the bottle and solution ninety (90) days after opening. Note: With normal usage, Bausch & Lomb elite /Boston ADVANCE Conditioning solution will be depleted within 45 days.
• Always use proper hygiene and handling techniques. If not handled properly, contact lenses and contact lens solution can become contaminated by common bacteria.
• Avoid allowing this solution to contact clothing or towels: it may cause stains on some fabrics.

• This solution is not for use with soft lenses.
• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
