BAUSCH & LOMB Multi-Purpose Solution. For use as a daily cleaner, disinfectant, lubricant, rinsing and storing solution for all soft contact lenses.

Contents: a sterile solution that contains boric acid, edetate disodium, sodium borate and sodium chloride; active ingredients: DYMED (Polyaminopropyl biguanide) 0.00005%, poloxamine 1 % w/v.

CONTAINS NO CHLORHEXIDINE AND NO THIOMERSAL.

Directions: Always wash and rinse your hands before you handle your lenses. Lenses must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and soaked each time they are removed to achieve disinfection.

DAILY CARE

STEP 1: Daily Cleaning

Fill the lens storage case with fresh BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution. Remove the right lens from your eye. Place the lens in the palm of your hand and apply a few drops of BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution to the lens. Rub the lens gently in a linear motion using your forefinger.

STEP 2: Rinsing

Rinse the lens completely free from debris with fresh BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution.

STEP 3: Disinfecting

Place the lens in the appropriate compartment of the lens case. Be sure that the lens is completely immersed in BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution. Secure the cap and repeat the procedure with the left lens.

Leave your lenses in the case for at least four hours, or overnight.

Remove your lenses from the lens case and place in your eyes. No rinsing is required after disinfection and prior to lens placement in your eyes.

Pour the BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution out of the lens case and rinse the case with fresh ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution. Leave the case with the caps off to air dry. Replace the caps. Your case is now ready for use.

Important: If irritation or excessive tearing occurs, persist or increases, or if vision is impaired, discontinue use and promptly consult your eye care practitioner.

LUBRICATING

If minor irritation or discomfort occurs while you are wearing your contact lenses, place a drop of BAUSCH & LOMB Renu Multi-Purpose Solution directly into the eye and blink two or three times. If discomfort persists, remove the lens and consult your eye care practitioner.

WEEKLY CARE

For maximum comfort, vision, and eye health, you should remove protein deposits from your lenses once a week with BAUSCH & LOMB FizziClean Protein Removal Tablets dissolved in BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution. After protein removal, lenses must be cleaned and disinfected before wearing.

PRECAUTIONS

Lens care procedures recommended by your practitioner must be followed. Failure to follow these procedures may result in the development of serious eye infections.

Discard the BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution from the lens case after each use.

Do not touch bottle tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution. Keep cap closed when not in use to avoid contamination or evaporation.

Do not use BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution with a heat disinfection method. - Store at room temperature (15-30°C).

Discard remaining solution 6 months after first opening.

Do not use beyond the expiry date.

Do not use any eye medication in conjunction with this solution unless under medical supervision. - Keep out of the reach of children.

OUT OF HOME USE

For out of home use, the Traveller unit is recommended for convenience as it is a compact device that includes both the BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution and lens cases.

BAUSCH & LOMB ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution is available in the following sizes: 240 ml, 355 ml, Economy Pack (3 month's supply).
